Week 1, Day 6: Kenpo X day. Haven't done the workout yet, but if I start it soon I can be done before my conference call.
I started doing the hundredpushups.com program this week too. I'm amazed at how much easier pushups have become in just a week. I imagine that P90X has played a roll in that as well, but still impressed at myself. However, I am still vain enough to wish that it made me look fitter already, rather than just feeling fitter.
