Starting over. It seems I always start in June seriously, I think because ob my birthday. So here I am again. Last year I did good between June and Nov. Then I lost it completely. I had a back injury and couldn't exercise for a a month and then Thanksgiving and Christmas. I just couldn't get it together. I think the disgust and depression sets in at failing. I'll have to have a new plan by the time November rolls around.
