Skipping most of the exercise until my sunburn on my shoulders heals up a little. I went on a walk tonight, and I'll probably still go tomorrow too. But I don't think I can run tonight. My bra straps are digging into the worst part of the burn and it
hurts
every time I move my arms.

Take it easy and allow yourself to heal :) It's good you got a walk in! Also, if you're concerned with not being able to run, remember to reduce your calories, but not too much! You do need calories to keep your cells running!
