I started exercising about three times per week for 30 minutes. I don't like exercising after work because I'm too tired. I think I'm going to have to make an effort to get up early and do my exercising before work. I used to exercise prior to work years ago and it seemed to work out better for me. It's just getting myself into a routine. My goal is to eventually exercise for one hour before work 5 days a week. I will take the weekends off. The food is going well. I'm eating around 1400 calories per day which is where they want me. I've been doing some clothes shopping because my old clothes look comical on me. I'm buying things off the sales racks and at goodwill since I don't really want to spend much money on clothes I won't be able to wear for a long time. There have been a few things that I found that were too small, but I kept them anyway since I know I will eventually get into the clothes. Goodwill is a really good place to buy some nice clothes for only $3-$4 a piece. Lord knows that I've donated enough to goodwill in the past. It's exciting getting into smaller sizes. I can't wait to make my goal weight--that will take quite some time. I'm hoping to get to 100# lost by the beginning of August. I started this journey/life style change at the beginning of August 2012 and it would be nice to have at least 100# or more lost in one year. It' sure hasn't been easy to lose this weight, but very worth it.

Way to go. I only have some 6x shirts left. They'll be made into a quilt. The rest was donated to goodwill.
