I have not been eating well AT ALL (except for wheat avoidance). Even wheat has been sneaking in from cross-contamination. I read Wheat Belly last night and have new resolve not to even have it in the house. Not even for birthdays. Not even for PB and J or ham sandwiches. NOT EVEN. It is causing me problems and can now become horrible for family members who are beginning to show symptoms (anemia, incontinence, acid reflux, etc) and I won't let my family suffer that anymore.

Weighed in with Jeans and long sleeve shirt, AM, 7 days to TOM.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
