I'm entering my third week of low-carb eating and everything is still going really well.

I had a few small indulgences over the weekend, but I'm still losing, so I'm feeling good. I figure it's better to pace yourself and enjoy some carbs once in a while rather than be so restrictive and fall over the wagon and eat a whole pizza or something.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Doing good .. my problem is that it's all or nothing though. I wished I could just take one bite of something or one cookie ... instead, I go balistic, lol. Keep up the attitude though, that is important! :)

good on you to not go hog wild. hang in there. Adkins seems to be fairly forgiving.

You're stronger than I am. I do have planned "cheat days" but only every 2 weeks or it totally throws me off. One bite on a non-cheat day can throw me off for good.
