Ran a combination of HIIT training and jogging.


Walk 3.5 MPH on 2.0 incline for 5 minutes.
Ran 5.0 MPH for 10 minutes
Ran 5.5 MPH for 10 minutes
Alternated running for one minute, with walking for one minute, until I reached 45 minutes total.

6.0 one minute
3.5 one minute
6.5 one minute

Total distance: 4.07 miles
Total time: 50 minutes
