I have tried to stay to mostly low carb foods but haven't been super strict about it. At least I know I can maintain once I get to the maintance stage. I have a lot going on right now with accepting a new job offer. So, I've been going in early and staying late at my current job trying to get a bunch of "little" projects wrapped up before I go so that the new person isn't stuck trying to figure out what is going on and deal with my half finished messes. Meanwhile, I've been hunting for day care and apartments and I'm having to relocate nearly 2 hours from where I currently live so it's been really frustrating trying to get information because I can't physically just drop by to get a feel of the area.

This huge change is something I've been looking forward to for a long time and I'm still looking forward to it but it's also very stressful. I'm hoping that once I'm out on my own that I'll be able to make much better choices about my eating since there won't be anyone else fixing food or influencing the food choices within the house.
231.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 101.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there, YOU CAN DO IT! Sometimes our greatest benefits come from stress! It makes you 'reset' your set point, and ACTIVELY figure out where it is you ARE, and WHERE you WANT to be! I wish you the best of luck in your new home and job! Take care of your self! Remember YOU ARE IN CHARGE!
