I am subscribed to his youtube and I love his site. If I want to know anything about nutrition and fitness this is my definite go to every time!!! Let me know what you think.


So scary news is my weigh in says I am up 5.5 pounds. Good news is my body fat percentage is down 2% since I was this weight in February. If I did my math right that means I gained 2.5 pounds of muscle and 3 pounds fat. So that's good right? I only went up an inch in my hips and waist so I can kill that quickly though. My measurements right now are:

Chest: 31
Smallest part of my waist: 27
Waist around belly button: 29.5
Hips: 35 So I guess I have a booty with almost a 6 inch difference...
Thigh: 19.75
Calve: 13.5
Bicep: 10.25

The DFW challenge is on and I plan on kicking arse and taking names so if you are in it to win it I would love to be some healthy competition. If you are up to trying to beat me on this challenge plan on bringing your A game. Let me know if you wanna do it with me. For anyone not in the challenge reading this and you want in here is the challenge link: Help I fell off the wagon!!!! ;)

So seriously let me know if you think you can outdo me at this. I will take pictures today and again every week on Saturday so I can see the progress I make this month. Is anyone up for it?
