Today...I broke a habit. I have a weekly lunch date with my husband. I'm sooooo dang good with my fruits and veggies until we go out at that time. I'm not sure if I've justified that it is 'lunch' so I have time to work off the extra calories...or what. I usually order good things, but of course, he doesn't...so then I'm tempted and I'm weak apparently. :) Today, I threw some veggies on the grill and packed them with me. When I picked him up...he was like, you brought your lunch? I was like...yup. Saving up for our trip to Kauai in the Fall. So not only did I actually save $ :) I had no temptation to eat what he was having. MIRACLES happen!

I'm eating things that are in their natural state. So if it looks like it grows..I'm good. I do use olive oil from time to time...salt and pepper...but I'm impressed with how good I feel. Even if weight is slow to come off. My heels are healing too. So I'm anxious to add the extra workouts in.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm impressed that you were able to avoid the temptation when going out. It is so hard to avoid the higher calorie foods when going out.
