For a week, the name "Beck Diet" didn't come to my mind not even once and I lost 06 lb since my last weight in. How did this happen? I got sick.
I'm not in hospital anymore, I'm almost completely OK, but I'm still not eating properly. I never thought I would ever look forward to wanting to eat.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
