Haven't been doing anything I'm supposed to, and it shows. Have been keeping up the exercise, but still need to work in more than 2 times per week.... to be continued.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
