ok, here we go! Exercise has never been my favorite thing to do. I'm going to give this my all.... I need lots and lots of help here. please help me stay on track!! I really need this.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm with ya! I am so disgusted with myself that I put my weight back on yet one more time. I have had it, and it is coming off and is going to stay off! WOO HOOO!!!

I don't like exercise much either but I LOVE what it is doing for my body. It gets easier and easier as you get fit. Just stay determined and focus, cut out the cheats, and exercise every other day and you will go far. You can do it!
