Also one month in watching my calories, I haven't been perfect but would have liked to see some results... I think I am destined to be fat :-(

What kind of exercise are you doing? Are you taking your measurements? Are you drinking water? Are you getting enough fruits and veggies? Have you had fat loss/inches? Some people lose fat but don't always see it on the scale right away. If you are being honest about tracking then you should some kind of loss (whether scale or body) in the past month. If you don't exercise, you might want to start. Get active this summer. Try new classes and activities.
