Jillian kicked my butt again last night, but I won out in the end. I felt kind of guilty that all I got done was - feeding the birds, the dogs, eating supper and working out. But I was tired, and just didn't feel like any further torture.

This morning at work I decided to just drop down in my office and knock out some pushups. I thought, "Well, I haven't done them for a couple days, let's see how it goes." I got into the plank position, knocked out 10 real easily, and thought, "Wow, this feels really good." I knocked out another 10, and "I can't believe how strong I feel." Did another 5 and thought, "This is just too good to be true; I'm not going to overdo it." 25 good strong pushups without any pain or struggle. I think doing those deep pushups with that apparatus that goes over the doorway for pullups is really helping me. And, it appears that going a couple of days without doing them, is making me stronger also. Can't wait till I'm another 30 pounds lighter.

I put the battery in my vintage 82 Harley and took it for a little spin. I think I'm going to spring for a new clutch and see if it doesn't rejuvenate it a little; it kind of shudders when I take off. If DW doesn't start participating a little more i some local rides, I just might take off for Sturgis in August by myself.

Well, enough babbling. I need to get back to work; I can't go on stretching my lunch hour each day. Pretty soon I'd find myself retired - again. Toodles!

Oh DKing..we just got back from a ride on ours..what fun it was...but it will make you sleepy like swimming does..we are so relaxed and our belly's are full too..Great job on those push ups buddy..Enjoy your day...:O)

25 good strong pushups - I'm jealous!! I need to start doing them over the summer so my body isn't in such shock when we do them with the players during volleyball season.. :) Motorcycles scare the bajeezus out of me, but I'm glad you had fun!
