i havent been on here in 11 days! i feel awful about it and ive gained weight. school is an hour away so i dont really have much of a choice but to eat at a fast food place for lunch... and i snack all the time cuz i dont have time for breakfast in the morning. which is terrible! and idk. i guess im making excuses. but ive been so stressed. ill try a lot harder this week not to let anything get in the way tho.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 98.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Keep trying! I'm sure you know all this stuff but just try and plan ahead with healthy snacks and really try and get some breakfast in you and plenty of water too. You are so worth it and you CAN do it! (O:

Can you pack a lunch. I don't know what your options are for your plan, but that works for me. Hang in there and don't give up. Keep up with the journaling too.

Keep healthy snacks in your fridge...its better that you grab one of those on your way out and toss it in your book bag. Don't give up!

I have just discovered McDonald's Sugar-free Vanilla Iced Coffee. 120 calories for a large sized coffee (huge) and costs $1.99. Delicious and lasts a long time. Would be good for a long drive to keep you from eating something more high-calorie. Also gives you a caffeine lift!

However, do NOT skip breakfast. At least take some carrot sticks to munch on in the car for some vitamins and a little something in your stomach. Or get some protein bread and make toast--it's so dense, it's good cold and even without butter!
