So far today I'm doing good. I need to stay focused and not give in to the temptations of sweets. I know I love choclate but I have to eat it in moderations. When I get home I have to make sure that I only have the frech toast and nothing else. I don't care how I'm feeling just remember the quote. "Suck it up now or suck it in later"
