Well, first day back at work this week. I wasn't real good at logging. I've got to try and remember what I ate; maybe I don't want to. :) We changed out the transmission in DD's car - what a job! Got it all back together the 2nd day and the thing began to leak. Turns out the new transmission had a tiny hole in it, and once the fluid warmed up, it began to spew fluid out of the bottom. I was ready to drive it through the brick wall and scrap it. My friends just took it in stride, and we took the pan off the old one and managed to get it on the new trans without dropping the engine and trans out of the car again. The only casualty, which we wouldn't have had if we hadn't had the hole in the trans, was we broke a motor mount while jostling the engine and trans around to get the old pan off and the new one on. That part should arrive in a day or two. It's just a couple bolts that should go together easily.
I cooked some great hamburgers and cheese dogs on the charcoal grill yesterday, and I mean they were good. I felt so guilty for eating them that I ate the second one without a bun, and I think it was better that way.
Finished another Jillian weight loss workout again tonight. She's got me up to running 30 minutes at a time at hills up to 10% incline. I'm not enjoying it much, but I don't tell her that. It's been getting my heart rate up to about 170 bpm, but it comes right back down. I think my resting heart rate is down below 60 bpm now. I'm getting in better shape again, and the more weight I take off, the better it will be. I sweat that it's raining though. I've learned not to think that any Jillian workout is going to be a piece of cake.
Well, got to try and enter my food, near as I can remember. I'll probably have somewhat of a selective memory. At least I can use that excuse as I get older. Everyone have a great evening and a better day tomorrow! Toodles!
That's not me in these pics; I'm holding the camera. :D
