Holding myself accountable. This WILL be the LAST time I EVER record a 250. I have come to far to fall so far back.

Goal 1 ~ Lose 10 lbs before mud run on June 29th.

Goal 2 ~ Exercise 6 days a week to help with stress.

Goal 3 ~ Love myself. STOP beating myself up.

Goal 4 ~ .....well, i will come up with some more. LOL

I CAN do this. I WILL see a weight BELOW 200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 125.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

I love these goals! Doing the mud run sounds awesome, good job. You and I know that once we lose the first 10 pounds the rest is easy, lol! We have to do this! We HAVE to finish what we started :)

Just remember, you have obviously come very far already! I see that you have already lost 125lbs! That is amazing and you should be patting yourself on the back! You got this! One day, one goal that a time!
