My ultimate goal is to get under 200 lbs for the first time since I was 18. To keep from being overly discouraged, I have broken my diet plan into 2 sections. The first aspect of my diet is designed to get me from 260, down to 225. I took my basal metabolic rate at 225, and am sticking to that as a calorie guide.

My bmr was about 2400, so I've been averaging that in calories per day. I have also been trying to vary it somewhat (2000 calories 1 day, then 2600 the next) so my body doesn't adjust to quickly and my weight loss freezes.

Once I hit 225, I will recalculate my bmr for a 195 lb person. Ill just repeat everything on here.

I've broken my main goal into smaller ones. My first goal is to be 245. This is what I was at about 2 or 3 years ago. I seemed to fit my curent clothes best at that weight.

Next goal is the 225. After that is 210, which means I will probably have to add to my wardrobe to get things that fit. Finally, I will reach 195.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
