Fast Day today:

I follow the Fast Diet which is 2 days eating 500 calories and 5 days basically eating what you want but trying to eat healthily. It takes the guilt out of eating on your 5 days. Its fantastic and the good thing is it has been scientifically proven to be good for you. See Michael Mosley The Fast Diet book and also the documentary he made. My fast days are Monday and Thursday but the beauty of it is you can change the days to what suits you.

Today so far I have had 1 apple 194g=101 cals. I have 500 cals today so that leaves me 399 for the rest of the day. I really enjoy my fast days they have been a great barometer in showing me how much I eat for the sake of it and not because I need it or Im hungry.

Just got back from a 19 day holiday and still did the fast days but ate excessively on the other days and was so overfull when I got back that I did two fast days in a row and felt much better for it (they were my two days I was meant to do, I dont usually do them back to back)and also didnt feel the need to eat much when I returned to normal eating- also lost a fantastic 4 kilos!!!!!! Mind you I had put it back on so back to where I was when I went on holiday now, which is good.
Still feeling pretty unmotivated exercise wise, IM SO LAZY, I would rather sit mucking around on the computer all day.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
