Why is it that I go from one eating extreme to the other? I go from not caring one bit about anything I eat, getting snacks of chocolate milkshakes and mozzarella sticks to counting every calorie and all the nutrition info that I eat. I have a nutritional range that I aim for as far as daily nutrition, but I always aim for the bottom. Anyhow, I'm trying not to beat myself up over having my Medifast brownie tonight. I didn't *NEED* it, I wasn't even hungry, but I was aching for some chocolate. I love those silly little brownies. Anyhow, I didn't actually exceed any of my nutritional limits, but I'm definitely at the high range. I just hate that I feel bad about eating 947 calories in a day instead of 837. Whats up with that? 947 is still crazy-low compared to what "normal" people eat. I cant even imagine eating regular food all day. It might be hard to transition away from shakes and bars and things like what Medifast serves. I do substitute some things, but there are some things I've come to really enjoy.

I also haven't had the issue that I was having a while back with the "artificial sweetener" flavor that I was tasting everywhere. It may have something to do with switching from Stevia to Splenda, but I'm happy with the results.
