My daughter has fitness friday at her school starting next week where parents and family come to do 15min of laps along with the students. Hopefully that will help get me out of this plateau I've been stuck on. I've also been using the wee fit regularly. While there's been no improvement in my weight I have been having less back problems and noticed improved posture.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
