still holding steady....darn period has me bloated and I didn't lost that .75 pound I was expecting to have lost by today. But I didn't exercise yesterday either. Boyfriend is home ALL weekend AND monday, and will be doing NOTHING but sitting on his butt playing video games. UUURRRGGGGHHH :( which means I usually spend half my days in the kitchen cooking for him instead of working out. It sucks that he doesnt' care about his appearance is steadly getting fatter. Seriously he's 5'5 and weighs 210. I don't want to sound like a shallow person but I'm not sure how much more I can deal with being with someone who is a negative influence in my life. This morning i cooked a double stack of homemade pancakes, a pound of bacon and 4 eggs for him while I'm having my typical 1/3 cup fiber cereal and half cup of light almond milk. WILL POWER is tough when I'm cooking for someone who eats like that.
155.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

your weight history looks great! Keep up the good work. Why are you fixing all of that food for him? Does he ever help you? A one sided relationship does not work...I had one. It ends up sucking the life out of you. I hope things get better and you figure out what's best for you. There is nothing selfish about wanting a true partner in life, one that helps you and supports you. I have one now. :) Good luck and keep up the good work skinny girl.

thanks. I sure feel like it's one sided. I only see him at meal time, then he runs off to the bedroom to play video games again. There's really nothing more rude than a woman making a good meal for a man and hearing him say "hold on, 2 more minutes and I'll be finished with this game." I swear, i'm almost tempted to toss the plate in the freezer for a minute and half and go sit it on his spot at the table and say "it was hot when I plated it, dont blame me if it's cold now." That woud be a mean thing to do but I'd feel some justice if he had to go pop a juicy steak in the microwave and dry it out. those never taste the same when you have to heat them back up.

you sound very frustrated and fed up....but you also sound super nice and sometimes nice people get taken advantage of. It sounds like he's being rude and disrespectful to you but I only know part of the story.
