Food tastes so different now. I could actually appreciate the taste of my baked sweet potato at lunch. I did increase my calories by a few hundred bc I felt a bit hungrier and that definitely did the trick. :)

Indeed it does. Once my tastebuds recovered from fast-food abuse my 'taste' is more sensitive. It's weird because I love soup but can't eat it in restaurants anymore because it's always too salty.

Oh my gosh! I was just saying the same thing to my friend last night about the grilled fish I had at a restaurant! I could taste the salt so easily in the first bite lol!

It took time but it finally made sense on how those folks (on TV) could eat 1-2 bites of each course of a fancy meal ~ a little goes a long way when you can actually TASTE the food, huh.
