Feeling good about this recent weight lost. Still a long ways to go. I'm starting to visualize my new weight. I'm planning my meals to help me become successful. I'm still not working out as much as I should. It's the process that will make me successful and stay at a healthy weight. This process must be ongoing and it never ends.
