fro 13.6-9.4 in 5 days
4.2 # in five days. I know I can't keep this up and I will probably be in the plus rather than nuns column tomorrow. this just the first rush. now comes the hard part keeping it going for weeks and months. will I give up. will it get too hard. will I get bored. I just have to remind myself that I won't accomplish this without learning to eat significantly less than I have been. a habit to be broken.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
