Fun night out with friends last night & another planned for tonight. Last night's dinner was delicious, light & I was able to enjoy it mindfully while enjoying our friends -- planning to do the same tonight! But tonight's is at one of my fav restaurants so I know I have to be careful as the food is so delicious! So, I'm officially on guard!

Rain here in the northeast, so no tennis this morning :(, but I'll go to spinning class instead, some bookkeeping work & a short shopping trip to exchange a Mothers Day gift this afternoon (adorable shorts but a bit too small -- boys got them at my fav local women's shop where I know the owner well -- DH said it was a setup to get me in there where I'd be tempted to buy more & a compliment that she thinks I'm that small -- LOL).

But before all that, I'll start my day in prayer --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

And throughout this one day and each meal, moment, bite & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, log, post & express my way through and focus on eating mindfully especially tonight at dinner. Happy Weekend FS friends! xoxox
