Have been fallowing nutritionist's and pediatrition's plan: no mare than 45% of meal carbs, only healthy snacking, and only veggies,3 cookies, and main dish for lunch. At fist was always hungry so she recomended more protein and MEAT AND BEANS (uhg!). Unsure of weight loss effect this will have (if any) or it it will cause an increase in weight.
