1800 kcal Fat: 53.43g | Prot: 116.10g | Carb: 164.50g.   Breakfast: Jack Link's Original Beef Steak Nuggets, Strawberries, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Cheerios, Graham Crackers. Lunch: Red Robin Ensenada Chicken Platter (1 Chicken Breast), New World Farms Sugar Snap Peas, Celery, Cauliflower, Carrots. Dinner: Panera Bread Smokehouse Turkey Panini on Three Cheese Bread (Half), Broccoli Cheese Soup (Prepared with Milk), Pinot Noir Wine. Snacks/Other: Tribe Organic Hummus Classic, Storck Riesen Chocolate Caramel Candies. more...
