I bought a new scale a week ago. I was immediately up 3 pounds. My friend also checked her weight on my scale vs. hers and there was a 3 pound difference. If I go by the new scale and deduct 3 pounds, I am the same as I was last week. This is so depressing.

try moving the scale to a different surface, maybe? make sure you don't lean forward as you look at your weight, but stay straight? (assuming it's a digital scale) nice exercise though!!!
