1428 kcal Fat: 56.76g | Prot: 61.51g | Carb: 164.01g.   Breakfast: Cheerios, Strawberries, Jack Link's Original Beef Steak Nuggets, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Graham Crackers. Lunch: Dried Mixed Fruit (Prune Apricot and Pear), Celery, Cauliflower, Carrots, Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), New World Farms Sugar Snap Peas, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Breaded Chicken Patty, Fillet or Tenders, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other: Apples, Whiskey, Trader Joe's Organic Raw Almonds, Tribe Organic Hummus Classic. more...
