Wow...a little over 2 lbs and I don't even know how I did it. Yesterday was a bad day depression wise and I didn't do anything but go to the store and then read for the rest of the day. I started back with Sensa last night but I doubt that did it. I'm hoping to go to the gym today...normally Wednesday is a rest day but I was thinking I'd switch them around since I didn't go yesterday. I got a good nights sleep finally thanks to medication...I hate taking pills...I'm hoping the zombie feeling wears off soon...but I can't deny I needed some sleep. Luckily the bad depression days, the days when I can't seem to climb out of the hole, are fewer than before and I kept that celebratory point in mind yesterday instead of letting the depression drag me down completely...so today I celebrate that victory. Baby steps are to be celebrated when battling depression...every victory I celebrate is something depression can't take from me. I will beat this.
