Wanted an accurate start weight. Starting again today with hope in my heart and an Atkins bar in my purse. I AM WORTH THE EFFORT IT IS GOING TO TAKE TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BECOME HEALTHY!!!!!! right?
275.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 125.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YES! You are!!! I'll be right behind you as soon as I get back from vacation - my little pre-vacation-low carb-try to make walking easier stint reminded me of how good I feel and quicklyI lose weight when low carbing. I'm actually looking forward to doing this, but I stubbornly refuse to diet while on vacation - lol. YOU GO GIRL!!!

You are definitely worth the effort. Be careful with those Atkins bars, okay? Maltitol is known to induce an insulin response, which will prevent you from using up fat stores.

Thanks all! I'm doing good! Feeling positive. Tsmamma-yes we forget don't we. Makes us wonder why we fell off the wagon in the first place. Lemonella-I try to keep them as emergency back up for "hungry but only carbs with in reach".
