Egss for breakfast, no snack, taco salad for lunch, sunflower seeds for snack, chicken marsala zucchini and salad for dinner. Worked out P90X, shoulders and arms and ab ripper x.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
