Okay, so I was doing okay yesterday, then we had pizza for dinner and my mom brought us some left over wedding cake from my cousin's wedding. Luckily, there wasn't much cake to go around, so I didn't eat too much and I stopped with that and didn't try to snack on anything else. Darn food!! I wish I didn't like it so much.

Well, today again is a new day, so I hope to do better. I've got my workout in, it wasn't a hard one, just abs and some yoga, but at least I did something. I did drink more water yesterday, so hopefully I can keep that up today too. I'm going to stay under 1500 today.

Vacation is only a few days away, so I think tomorrow on my lunch break I'm going to go get some vacation snacks. I know I am going to take some apples and peanut butter and baby carrots. I am going to be prepared so I don't cave and get vending machine candy bars.

Yes, definitely plan on vacation!!! Drink alot of cold water, munch on ice -- it fills you up!
