I can't believe how hard I am finding it to reign in my calories! Last few days I have been at a seminar, where the cook went out of her way to make sure I had vegetarian food...then sat with me to make sure I ate it. Lol. If I hadn't snacked on the berry bars I brought in case, I could have stayed under my calories. But up at 7am to mingle with participants and ending at midnight, working on slides and whatnot left me too much time out of my daily routine where reaching for a snack was too inviting.

But that was just the last 3 days - I've been overeating for 2 or 3 weeks. I think about it all the time...I write things down...and yet I am overshooting. =(

I will start my gym routine again on Monday - maybe that will help me get a handle on things.
