Hey this is Sudha from India.... My boyfriend have gone to U.S> so thought to give him surprise once he is back. I have already started my diet and exercise program from past 1 month and lost 3 kg.... I am okay with the results since probably by the time he comes back i will be on my desirable weight...... lol.............


Till now what I had, i just give a brief over here:

Morning: Lemon with warm water
Breakfast: 1 roti + sabji
Post work-out: Whey Protien (1/2 scoop) + 2 dates
Lunch: 2 chapati + yogurt + veggie
Evening snacks: Chickpeas + 2 buiscuit

Dinner I will be having

1 big bowl of salad + 2 roti + veggie

136.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
