so now that i can move about from my latest surgery..will try once again to incopotate some stretching n toning and watching calories in the attempt to get in better shape...once again...till next time...o.0 after suffering 10 surgeries in 2.5 years..my body has for sure taken a beating..but high hopes that i will feel brand new sometime in the future...positive thoughts..have a nice day...eat healthy..be healthy ^_^

Welcome back Darlene, yes it sounds like you have been through the mill. Hope you heal fast and can get active again. Hope mentally you get stronger too. Stay strong and take day by day.

thanks..some days i just feel like a wounded animal..and after 9 surgeries it seems to be taking a toll on my spirit as well..lord knows, im not getting any younger..o.0 lol thanks for the love..<3

:) Darlene. I have been on here over 5 years. I have pain issues going on too often. I take a lot of supplements and it helps. I understand what it is like...

yeah itws hard...but i try to keep my spirits up and keep on moving forward when i am able...^_^
