Well today I have started my diet, I really want to cheat and eat a doughnut. I have been really craving one, part of me is telling me this is a bad idea. I must stick to my diet but part of me just wants one little doughnut. I sound like a fat butt, but hey I am at least being honest.

I have decided though to not eat the doughnut, I am proud.

Try to resist it, but if you can't... just eat half of one or get one doughnut hole. It is hard to jump right on into a diet and cut out all cravings, but what helps me is to plan a "special" meal or snack once a week. I look forward to those days all week long. :) Good luck!!
