Mexican Dinner out last night. SOOO good but I am paying for it today!!
135.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've been busy with this moving gig ..... I haven't eaten a meal at home in two days. Tonight will be our second night in our new home. We (spouse & myself) spent most of the day at our old home. I painted. My spouse cleaned. Our empty home was so dirty .... It was unbelievable. The desert dirt finds it's way everywhere. I've also have been trying to unpack and get things setup in the new place. I struggle when things are a constant mess. I love the new community. I discovered a jogging trail next to a bike trail that goes for miles. I think biking could be my new cardio thing. I'm going to my old gym tomorrow morning .... But I'm thinking of switching to a smaller gym only a couple of blocks from my new home. This little gym is one of those gyms where you can go 24 hours a day. The problem is that you might be the only one there. I'm pretty social ..... So I'm not so sure I'm going to like that much aloneness. Time for bed ..... I hope things are going well at your end.

Glen - I hope things will smooth out a lot when you get into your new routines - you need some Glen time. Hang in there my friend.
