I've had some time off from keeping track of my food and exercise and have found that this website really does work. I haven't really gained any weight, but haven't lost any either. Here's to starting back with a vengeance!! :)

I also decided to keep track of my water intake on here! I noticed that I used to lose weight much faster when I drank loads of water (about a gallon a day, broken up into 4 one-liter bottles).

I think I might need to try that as well-I need to drink more water, I always feel better and lose weight more easily when I do.
