Managed to keep down some food this morning. A peanut butter sandwhich and some cracker chips. I'm also sipping a little Sierra Mist. My stomach is still in knots. My Dr. said yesterday should be the worst of it, and I should be feeling back to normal by tomorrow.

Now, I just have to survive work today. Then, I can go home and rest up to recover from this.

Thanks! So far so good.. held the little bit of food down. Maybe I can eat some dinner later. Looks like you had a good weekend!
