Yeah baby! A coworker brought me a peach today-I dreaded adding it to my food log afraid I would not be able to eat any other carbs, but it was not too bad and I get to eat it at lunch. All I had to delete was my raspberry cheesecake squares and whipped cream I was going to have for dessert...I'd much rather have the peach :)

Isn't it funny how the things that we used to eat all the time, now make us feel BLECH?!?!? Sorry that happened. Hope that those feelings go away soon! :(
