Up a bit, down a bit...I'm just bouncing around, no real loss. Motivations has officially left and don't know how to get it back.

Good news is that the weather has been great and we finally got some rain this weekend, normally we get snow on the May long weekend.

Got the skunk smell out of the dogs and they are all fluffy and clean...shedding like crazy though.

Hopefully can plant my stuff next weekend, weather has been good but I don't trust it to stay that way. It will be nice to get all of the those plants off of my kitchen table.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Another way to look at 'no real loss' is 'another day of successfully not-being-340-anymore. :) I know what you mean about plateaus, though...frustrating. It isn't realistic to just increase your physical activity every time it happens, so I try to do something different for a month, give the body a shock to make something happen. Doesn't always work, but it keeps things a bit more interesting. :)

You are doing great. Give it a day or two it will start dropping off again.

If you're not gaining then you have acheived a lot more than many people. Obviously your food intake and activity are steady so once the warmer weather comes and you are more active you'll see the loss. If you have enough activity to lose a few pounds during the summer and then maintain again through the winter ~ it'll be wonderful.
