I did lose 3.6 pounds this past week. I know that is good but it can seem a little disappointing after losing 12 the first week. I'm not stressing though. 15 pounds in 2 weeks is AMAZING!

Okay, Wedding Saturday. I looked beautiful. There, I said it and I don't usually give myself compliments but I really, really did. The girl that did my hair did an amazing job. Now my body... well, I didn't like that part, but my dress was flattering to my figure. It had an emperor waist line so it hid any belly rolls. My arms are HUGE. Never realized how big they are, but losing 15 lbs I can already see less cellulite on them.

Cake - I DID NOT eat it!!! Yay!!! I didn't even really want it. I was even the person who cut it up for everyone and didn't even lick my fingers. :D Now on the food I did cheat a little bit I guess. They had bbq, potato salad, pinto beans, and rolls. I had some chopped brisket with a little bitty bit of bbq sauce and maybe 1/2 a cup of pinto beans and a pickle. I know the sauce and pinto beans weren't really induction appropriate but at least the beans had plenty of fiber in them.

You're doing so well, congrats! Please don't even think about getting discouraged--part of that first week's loss is water. Most doctors recommend not losing more than 2 lbs a week at the most on any diet, so you're way ahead of the game!

Proud of you! and you can't go to a wedding, or somesuch thing and not eat SOMETHING you shouldn't have - so I think you did really well!!
