Wow - what a hectic week. Sick on Wednesday. Felt better. Drove to see my little brother graduate from college with both kids in tow. Son got so sick, had to take him to the ER. Turned around and drove home - ack. However, I am determined to kick things into gear today. Workout SCHEDULED (usually fly-by-the-seat-of-my pants kind of person) and breakfast and lunch are healthy. Feeling very motivated today and unbelievably healthy for some reason. Getting stuff done.
