Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Walk video turned out to be a great workout this morning. She has you jogging for a few minutes during each mile too. I consumed my 106 calories of my protein powder drink right after my workout and will consume another 100 cals in an hour from now bc im hungry already. Think im gonna make today a slightly increased calorie day bc my body is telling me it wants a bit more food (in a good way though lol). Meditation was really great earlier too. My mind is clear and focused now.

It's a really pretty morning! Looking forward to having a great and productive work day. Feeling positive and grateful. :D

UPDATE: Just downloaded "Total Kcal Free" Android app to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and it uses the more accurate Mifflin-St. Jeor equation for maintenance or weight loss.
Also downloaded "BMI Calculator -Ideal Weight" and "My Diet Coach". Both are free android apps. They are really helpful. :D
