Shocked- the first to go is going to be sugar, especially right before bed. What was I thinking about? Then dairy, all those gorgeous cheeses. And no more food markets, they're like cat knip- Leadenhall, Bourough, South Bank, Brick Lane, enough- find another venue. Back to the gym-
