The app lasted the entire session WOOHOO!

Hurt almost as much as the first session, but I feel better for making myself do it.

Now I just need to build up enough endurance to cope with 3.3miles in a row.

What is c25k app? Sounds like a great workout!

"Couch to 5 kilometres" it's a training regime. The app just gives you verbal reminders.
